TOP-TIER TAX INCENTIVES

Minnesota offers one of the most generous tax credit programs in the USA, featuring a 25% base rate on eligible labor and in-state expenditures with additional stackable cash rebates in regions like Duluth and the Iron Range which can result in credits up to 70%.

As of January 1, 2026, approximately $93 million in tax credits are available for allocation.
