TOP-TIER TAX INCENTIVES

Minnesota is set to offer one of the most generous tax credit programs in the USA, featuring a 40% base rate on eligible labor and in-state expenditures with bonuses for partnering with a local producer (+5%) or shooting in rural areas (+5%). Plus there are additional stackable cash rebates in regions like Duluth and the Iron Range which can result in credits up to 80%.

As of January 1, 2026, approximately $93 million in tax credits are available for allocation.
